At ImQuest, we have extensive experience in the development of anti-cancer therapeutics.  We screen and develop therapeutic agents using our in vitro anti-cancer assays utilizing the NCI-60 tumor cell panel acquired from the NCI.  In addition, we use relevant animal models such as murine xenograft models and the hollow fiber implantation model. With our expertise in assay development, we are able to develop novel assays to explore a wide variety of molecular anti-cancer targets using our knowledge of cancer cell biology.
